A review of the 27th edition of the Alpe d'Huez International Comedy Film Festival

A review of the 27th edition of the Alpe d'Huez International Comedy Film Festival, which took place from 15 to 21 January 2024. As a partner, our Alpe d'Huez - Sotheby's International Realty agency is pleased to promote French culture, cinema and comedy.

 

The 2024 edition of the FAH welcomed an enthusiastic Jury, ready to share laughter and emotion with the Alpe d'Huez public, to reward the best comedies of the festival. Valérie Bonneton, President of the Jury, was joined by Marilou Berry, Guillaume de Tonquédec, Eye Haïdara and Finnegan Oldfield.

 

This 27th edition of the Alpe d'Huez Festival also welcomed, for the first time, the Jury of Ski Instructors from the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region, accompanied by Clovis Cornillac, President of this very first Jury, who awarded the "Prix Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes - FAH2024" to one of the feature films in the competition.

 A host of celebrities were present, including Alexandra Lamy, Maéva Coucke, Julia Piaton, Jarry, Richard Orlinski, Ahmed Sylla, Maxime Gasteuil, Marie-Anne Chazel, Anna Rvr (as this year's spotlight), Valérie Damidot... Kev Adamswas also back at Alpe d'Huez with Maison de retraite 2 as the opening film.

- Grand Prix (CANAL+) : NOUS, LES LEROY de Florent Bernard (Apollo Films Distribution & NOLITA).
- Prix du Public (Allociné) : ET PLUS SI AFFINITÉS de Olivier Ducray et Wilfried Meance (Wild Bunch).
- Prix Spécial du Jury (TransPerfect Media) : ET PLUS SI AFFINITÉS de Olivier Ducray et Wilfried Meance (Wild Bunch).
- Prix Coup de cœur du Jury (TF1) : BIS REPETITA de Émilie Noblet (Le Pacte).
- Prix d'interprétation féminine (Embryolisse) : 
Isabelle Carré dans ET PLUS SI AFFINITÉS de Olivier Ducray et Wilfried Meance (Wild Bunch).
- Prix d'interprétation masculine (Škoda) : Bernard Campan dans ET PLUS SI AFFINITÉS de Olivier Ducray et Wilfried Meance (Wild Bunch).

- Prix du Court Métrage ex-æquo (CANAL+) : LES GENDARMES ET LES VOLEURS de Maxime Azzopardi et Adrien Guedra-Degeorges (Protest Studios et (SIC) PICTURES) & ALLEZ MA FILLE de Chloe Jouannet (NOLITA).
- Prix du Festival l'Alpe d'Huez 2024 - Région Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes : HEUREUX GAGNANTS de Maxime Govareet Romain Choay (WARNER BROS. FRANCE)
